จากจดหมายข่าว ได้แจ้งมาทาง user ทุกท่านได้ทราบว่า As part of our continued effort to ensure that Product Advertising API is an efficient and effective advertising tool, we’ve identified opportunities to streamline the API. Certain operations and response groups currently supported are infrequently used or are not aligned with the primary purpose of the Product Advertising API, which is to enable Associates to make money by advertising Amazon products in their websites and applications and sending traffic back to Amazon.

The changes, described below, will help us continue to provide you with relevant and useful features to advertise Amazon products. The following changes to the API will take effect on October 25, 2011:

Associate Tag will be a required and verified input parameter in all requests to the API
SellerLookup, SellerListingLookup and SellerListingSearch operations will no longer be supported by the API
ItemPage parameter will be reduced to a maximum of 10 pages for ItemSearch results
MerchantId parameter will no longer be supported for filtering offers, variations, or search results
Merchants search index will no longer be supported
Data returned by the Offers and ItemAttributes response groups will be limited to the most frequently used attributes

วันนี้กะว่าจะเขียนเรื่อง หอยชักตีน ต่อในคราวที่แล้วเสียหน่อย ค้นหาดูว่าในระบบ internet มีเนื้อหาที่มีการ update แล้วหรือยัง เผื่อบางทีเราจะหลุดในบางเนื้อหาไป คุ้ยๆ ดูปรากฏว่า แทนที่จะได้ภาพนี้มา

กลับได้ข้อมูลที่ไม่อยากคาดคิด ดูกันเอาเองนะ ต้องเซ็นเซอร์คำที่ไม่เหมาะไม่ควรอย่างยิ่งด้วย สำหรับภาพนี้ไม่ได้เจาะจงจะอะไรกับใคร และไม่ขอรับผิดชอบใดๆ ทั้งสิ้นด้วย เพียงแต่ต้องการบอกในเรื่องของความไม่เหมาะสมด้วย หากใครต้องการจะดูเนื้อหาจริงๆ ก็ลองค้นหาคำว่า หอยชักตีน แบบ update ก็ได้ แต่ข้อมูลนี้เป็นของวันที่ 22 มีนาคม 2554 นะ หากใครค้นหาข้อมูลในวันอื่น อาจได้ข้อมูลไม่ตรงกันเท่าไหร่นัก

หมดเขตส่งผลงานในวันที่ 18 กุมภาพันธ์ 2554

ผมว่าหัวเรื่องเน้นเรื่องสิทธิเด็ก เยาวชน แต่จริงๆ น่าจะเพิ่มเรื่อง การทารุณสัตว์ด้วย อย่างเช่นในงานเกษตรแฟร์ ต่างๆ หรืองานเจียไต๋ น่าจะมีการขายหมาขายแมว ซึ่งดูๆ แล้วไม่น่าจะให้มี เพราะงานเกษตรแฟร์ทั้งหลายที่ผ่านๆ มามีร้านขายสัตว์เลี้ยงที่นำสัตว์เป็นโรคและไม่ค่อยมีคุณภาพมาขาย ยิ่งในจตุจักร ยิ่งเยอะมากทีเดียว น่าจะรับภาพถ่ายแนวๆ นี้บ้างนะ

สำนักข่าวซินหัวรายงานว่า ค่าเงินยูโรได้แรงหนุนจากรายงานที่ว่า รัฐบาลสเปนสามารถขายพันธบัตรอายุ 5 ปีมูลค่า 3 พันล้านยูโร (3.9 พันล้านดอลลาร์) ในอัตราดอกเบี้ยที่ต่ำกว่าตลาดรอง ในขณะที่รัฐบาลอิตาลีก็ประสบความสำเร็จในการขายพันธบัตรเช่นกัน ซึ่งข่าวดังกล่าวช่วยให้นักลงทุนส่วนใหญ่คลายความกังวลเกี่ยวกับปัญหาหนี้ ยุโรป

กระแสความวิตกกังวลเกี่ยวกับปัญหาหนี้ยุโรปผ่อนคลายลงนับตั้งแต่รัฐบาล โปรตุเกสสามารถขายพันธบัตรมูลค่า 1.25 พันล้านยูโร หรือ 1.62 พันล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ เมื่อวันพุธที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งสัดส่วนของการจองซื้อพันธบัตรอายุ 4 ปีนั้น สูงกว่าปริมาณพันธบัตรถึง 2.6 เท่า และสัดส่วนของการจองซื้อพันธบัตรอายุ 10 ปีมีจำนวนสูงกว่าปริมาณพันธบัตรถึง 3.2 เท่า โดยปัจจัยที่ทำให้ตลาดคลายความวิตกกังวลมาจากอัตราผลตอบแทนพันธบัตรโปรตุเกส ที่จะครบกำหนดไถ่ถอนในปี 2563 ปรับตัวลดลงมาอยู่ที่ระดับ 6.716% จากการประมูลครั้งหลังสุดในเดือนพ.ย.ที่ 6.806%

นอกจากนี้ นักลงทุนยังเข้าซื้อสกุลเงินยูโรเพื่อป้องกันความเสี่ยง หลังจากนายฌอง-คล้อด ทริเชต์ ประธานธนาคารกลางยุโรปเปิดเผยภายหลังการประชุมคณะกรรมการกำหนดนโยบายของ ธนาคารกลางเมื่อวานนี้ว่า “มีหลักฐานบ่งชี้ว่ายุโรปกำลังเผชิญกับปัญหาเงินเฟ้อ ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เป็นผลมาจากราคาพลังงานที่สูงขึ้น” ซึ่งการแสดงความคิดเห็นของทริเชต์ทำให้เกิดการคาดการณ์ในตลาดว่า ธนาคารกลางยุโรปอาจจะปรับขึ้นอัตราดอกเบี้ย ซึ่งจะช่วยหนุนสกุลเงินยูโรให้แข็งค่าขึ้นด้วย

คณะกรรมการกำหนดนโยบายของธนาคารกลางยุโรปมีมติคงอัตราดอกเบี้ยที่ระดับ ต่ำสุดเป็นประวัติการณ์ 1% ในการประชุมเมื่อวานนี้ แม้อัตราเงินเฟ้อรายปีในกลุ่มยูโรโซนพุ่งขึ้นแตะระดับ 2.3% ในเดือนธ.ค. ซึ่งสูงกว่าระดับเป้าหมายของอีซีบีและเป็นระดับสูงสุดในรอบ 2 ปีก็ตาม

ส่วนค่าเงินดอลลาร์สหรัฐอ่อนตัวลงหลังจากกระทรวงแรงงานสหรัฐเปิดเผยว่า จำนวนผู้ขอรับสวัสดิการระหว่างว่างงานครั้งแรกในรอบสัปดาห์ที่สิ้นสุด ณ วันที่ 8 ม.ค. พุ่งขึ้น 35,000 ราย แตะระดับ 445,000 ราย ซึ่งเป็นระดับสูงสุดในรอบ 6 เดือน สวนทางกับที่นักวิเคราะห์ส่วนใหญ่คาดว่าจะลดลงมาอยู่ที่ระดับ 405,000 ราย

ค่าเงินดอลลาร์ถูกกดดันมากขึ้นเมื่อนายเบน เบอร์นันเก้ ประธานธนาคารกลางสหรัฐ (เฟด) กล่าวในที่ประชุมธุรกิจที่วอชิงตันว่า เศรษฐกิจสหรัฐมีแนวโน้มขยายตัวในอัตรา 3-4% ในปีนี้ แต่ยังไม่แข็งแกร่งมากพอที่จะทำให้อัตราว่างงานลดลงได้ โดยปัจจุบันอัตราว่างงานของสหรัฐยืนอยู่ที่ระดับ 9.4% ซึ่งนับว่าสูงมาก

สำนักข่าวต่างประเทศ รายงานว่า ปิดการซื้อขายตลาดหุ้นสหรัฐฯเมื่อวันที่ 10 ม.ค.ดัชนีหุ้นผันผวนและมีแรงเทขายออกมาเป็นส่วนใหญ่ จากความวิตกกังวลเกี่ยวกับภาวะหนี้ในกลุ่มชาติสมาชิก โดยเฉพาะโปรตุเกสและสเปน ที่เตรียมขายพันธบัตรเพื่อเพิ่มสภาพคล่องของงบประมาณ ขณะที่หลายฝ่ายเกรงว่าโปรตุเกสอาจเป็นประเทศในกลุ่มยูโรโซนประเทศต่อไป ที่ต้องรับการช่วยเหลือทางการเงินจากต่างประเทศต่อจากกรีซและไอร์แลนด์

หุ้นไทยปิดตลาดเช้าหุ้นไทยปรับตัวลดลง 5.80 จุด ปิดตลาดหลักทรัพย์ แห่งประเทศไทยช่วงเช้า ดัชนีเคลื่อนไหวที่ 1,012.23 จุด ลดลง 5.80 จุด มูลค่าการซื้อขายทั้งสิ้น 17,165.80 ล้านบาท ดัชนีตลาดหลักทรัพย์ แห่งประเทศไทย ประจำวันอังคารที่ 11 ม.ค. 2554 ช่วงเช้าปิดตลาดที่ระดับ 1,012.23 จุด ลดลง 5.80 จุด มูลค่าการซื้อขายทั้งสิ้น 17,165.80 ล้านบาท หลักทรัพย์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลง เพิ่มขึ้น 166 หลักทรัพย์ ลดลง 147 หลักทรัพย์ และ ไม่เปลี่ยนแปลง 151 หลักทรัพย์

สำหรับ 5 อันดับซื้อขายสูงสุดประจำวันนี้ ได้แก่ ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) , ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) , บริษัท ไทยออยล์ จำกัด (มหาชน) , บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) และ บริษัท บ้านปู จำกัด (มหาชน)

ด้านคลัง ธปท.จูบปากแฮปปี้คืนหนี้กองทุนฟื้นฟู ไม่เอาซีโร่คูปอง โอนหุ้นกรุงไทย-ที่ดินรัชดา โดยให้ ธปท.เข้าไปซื้อเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาหนี้กองทุนฟื้นฟูฯที่เหลืออยู่ 1.14 ล้านล้านบาท เพราะมองว่าเรื่องนี้ผิดวินัยทางการเงิน จึงจะทบทวนใช้แนวทางอื่นแทน โดยนางทองอุไร ลิ้มปิติ ผู้ช่วยผู้ว่าการ สายจัดการกองทุนธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (ธปท.) และในฐานะผู้จัดการกองทุนเพื่อการฟื้นฟูและพัฒนาระบบสถาบันการเงิน เปิดเผยว่า ขณะนี้นายประสาร ไตรรัตน์วรกุล ผู้ว่าการ ธปท. ได้ตกลงเบื้องต้นกับปลัดกระทรวงการคลังแล้วว่าจะไม่ใช้แนวทางให้กระทรวงการ คลังออกพันธบัตรรัฐบาลที่ปลอดดอกเบี้ย (ซีโร่คูปอง) โดยให้ ธปท.เข้าไปซื้อเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาหนี้กองทุนฟื้นฟูฯที่เหลืออยู่ 1.14 ล้านล้านบาท เพราะมองว่าเรื่องนี้ผิดวินัยทางการเงิน จึงจะทบทวนใช้แนวทางอื่นแทน

ส่วนกรณีโอนทรัพย์สินของกองทุนฟื้นฟูฯไป ใช้หนี้นั้น จากการตีราคาหุ้นหรือสินทรัพย์ของกองทุนฟื้นฟูฯนั้นมีมูลค่าประมาณ 300,000-400,000 ล้านบาท ทำให้หนี้สินของกองทุนฟื้นฟูฯจะลดลงเหลือ 800,000 ล้านบาท โดยในส่วนของทรัพย์สินอื่นนอกเหนือจากหุ้นที่กองทุนฟื้นฟูฯถืออยู่ โดยเฉพาะที่ดินแปลงใหญ่อย่างที่ดินรัชดาฯและภูเก็ต จะไม่โอนให้ แต่จะพยายามนำออกมาขายและนำรายได้ส่งให้คลัง สำหรับหุ้นที่กองทุนฟื้นฟูฯถืออยู่ทั้งธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) 55.29%, บริษัทบริหารสินทรัพย์กรุงเทพพาณิชย์ จำกัด (BAM) และบริษัทบริหารสินทรัพย์สุขุมวิท จำกัด (SAM) นั้น ขณะนี้ยังมีรายได้ปันผลมายังกองทุนฟื้นฟูฯทุกปี จึงคาดว่าจะโอนหุ้นให้กระทรวงการคลัง ส่วนคลังจะขายหรือถือหุ้นต่อหรือไม่ ก็ขึ้นอยู่กับกระทรวงการคลัง “กองทุนฟื้นฟูฯจะพยายามเคลียร์หนี้สินและโอนทรัพย์สินทั้งหมดให้คลังภายใน สิ้นปีนี้ เมื่อจบแล้วก็จะออกกฎหมายปิดตัวกองทุนฟื้นฟูฯต่อไป” ผู้จัดการกองทุนฟื้นฟูฯกล่าว.

ภาวะเศรษฐกิจไทยในเดือนสิงหาคมยังมีภาพรวมที่ดี แม้จะมีอัตราเติบโตชะลอลงเล็กน้อย ในบางกลุ่มธุรกิจ ในภาคการผลิต ดัชนีผลผลิตอุตสาหกรรม (MPI) มีการชะลอตัวลง 3.6% MoM โดยกลุ่มที่ผลิตเพื่อเน้นการส่งออกมีการชะลอตัวลงเนื่องจากผู้ผลิตได้เร่ง ผลิตสินค้าเพื่อรองรับคำสั่งซื้อไปแล้วในช่วงก่อนหน้า อีกทั้งอุตสาหกรรมอิเลคทรอนิกส์นั้นมีปัญหาการขาดแคลนวัตถุดิบ แต่ว่า ยอดตัวเลขส่งออกกลับขยายตัวดีขึ้นจากเดือนก่อน โดยปรับสูงขึ้น 4.3% MoM (ปรับฤดูกาล) แม้ว่า ในช่วงเดือนสิงหาคม ค่าเงินบาทจะแข็งค่าขึ้น 3.1% เมื่อเทียบกับเงินดอลลาร์สหรัฐก็ตาม แต่เนื่องจาก ค่าเงินของประเทศอื่นในภูมิภาคเอเชีย ก็แข็งค่าขึ้นเช่นกัน ภาคส่งออกของไทยจึงยังไม่ได้รับผลกระทบมากนัก

อัตราเงินเฟ้อทั่วไปในเดือนกันยายนอยู่ที่ 3.4% ยังอยู่ในกรอบเป้าหมายของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยที่ 3-3.5% ในวันที่ 20 ตุลาคม จะมีการประชุม กนง. ซึ่งอาจจะยังไม่มีการขึ้นอัตราดอกเบี้ยขึ้น เนื่องจากมีหลายกลุ่มธุรกิจที่ให้ความเห็นว่า การขึ้นดอกเบี้ยจะยิ่งทำให้เงินบาทแข็งค่ามากขึ้น และ กระทบต่อภาคส่งออก แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม ภายในสิ้นปีนี้ ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยน่าจะปรับขึ้นอัตราดอกเบี้ยเพื่อรักษาความสมดุล ให้เป็นไปตามภาวะของเศรษฐกิจ

แนวโน้มอัตราดอกเบี้ยในเดือนตุลาคม 2553 จากความกังวลต่อภาวะเศรษฐกิจของประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาและประเทศต่างๆในภูมิภาค ยุโรป ส่งผลให้นักลงทุนทั่วโลกมีการย้ายเม็ดเงินเข้าสู่ประเทศในภูมิภาคเอเชียจาก การที่ประเทศไทยมีสัญญาณการฟื้นตัวของเศรษฐกิจที่ชัดเจน ทำให้มีเงินลงทุนไหลเข้าจากต่างประเทศเป็นจำนวนมาก ส่งผลให้อัตราผลตอบแทนของพันธบัตรมีการปรับตัวลดลง รวมทั้งจากการที่ค่าเงินบาทมีการแข็งค่าอย่างรวดเร็ว ทำให้มีการคาดการณ์ว่าในการประชุมคณะกรรมการนโยบายการเงินในวันที่ 20 ตุลาคม ที่จะถึงนี้ กนง อาจจะคงอัตราดอกเบี้ยนโยบายเพื่อให้เงินบาทมีเสถียรภาพมากขึ้น

In Hong Kong woman with a history of mental illness allegedly decapitated her elderly mother before leaping to her own death from the family’s 11th floor flat. The woman reportedly stabbed her septuagenarian mother repeatedly on Sunday evening then hacked off her head with a kitchen chopper, before police arrived to find their apartment engulfed in flames, The Standard said.
