2. เสริมสร้างกล้ามเนื้อรอบเข่าให้แข้งแรงด้วยการออกกำลังกายท่าง่ายๆ คือ นั่งเก้าอี้หลังพิงพนัก งอเข่า 90 องศา แล้วค่อยๆ เหยียดขาขวาขึ้นตรงขนานกับพื้น ยกค้างไว้ นับ 1-10 แล้วเอาลง แล้วเปลี่ยนข้าง ทำไปเรื่อยๆ เริ่มจากข้างละ 10 ทีแล้วค่อยๆ เพิ่มจนมาเป็นข้างละ 30 ที
3. ออกกำลังด้วยการยืดเหยียดกล้ามเนื้อรอบๆ เข่า เพื่อให้เข่ามีความยืดหยุ่นบ้าง

iKSSN PortFolio เอากับเขามั่งสิ

เห็นเค้าทำก็อยากทำมั่ง จริงๆ ทำไว้นานแล้วแต่ไม่สวย พอเห็นของคนอื่นสวยเลยเริ่มนั่งคิด เออ เราน่าจะหาประโยชน์จากของที่มีได้ ก็เลยเริ่มมานั่งแคะปัดฝุ่นกันใหม่กับ portfolio ของตัวเอง ก่อนหน้านั้นอยู่ไหนจำไม่ได้ สุดท้ายเลยตกลงว่า เออ จด domain ใหม่ดีกว่าซัก 1 อัน เผื่อเอาไว้ทำอะไรได้บ้าง อีกอย่าง อาจจะสร้าง brand ตัวเองขึ้นมาได้ด้วย เพราะใช้คำว่า KSSN มาก็นานหลายปีแล้ว สุดท้ายเลยมาจบที่ iKSSN.org

แรกเริ่มเดิมทีก็เป็นแค่การพิมพ์ผลงานใส่เข้าไปๆ แต่หลังๆ มานี่อยากเปลี่ยนการทำงาน เพราะประสบการณ์ในการไปสมัครงานที่ โรงเรียนนานาชาติฮาร์โรว์ แล้วทางผู้สัมภาษณ์สอบถามหลายอย่าง แต่ไม่สามารถให้ข้อมูลเค้าได้ (ผิดพลาดอย่างแรง) อาจเนื่องจากว่าหลังจากเรียนจบก็ทำงานกับบริษัทเอกชนซะนานมากๆ ประมาณเกือบ 8 ปี และไม่คิดว่าจะต้องลาออกจากงานและย้ายงานไปทำที่ใหม่

พอระยะหลังการเปลี่ยนงานเริ่มเกิดบ่อยขึ้นเลยได้รู้ว่า มันมีความจำเป็นในการสร้าง PortFolio ของตัวเองเพื่อนำเสนอผลงานที่ผ่านมา และคิดว่า ตำแหน่งที่อยากจะทำนั้นจะเน้นผลงานและประสบการณ์ในการทำงานเสียเป็นส่วนมาก
